2016 Message from our President

EWGA Members & Friends:

I hope you all had wonderful holidays and enjoyed time off with family and friends and maybe also got in a few extra rounds of golf.

The new EWGA Jacksonville board is getting ready for a planning session on January 30th.  We hope to build an exciting schedule of events for 2016 and will be announcing all the plans at this year’s Tee Off Event on March 19th at Queens Harbor.  Make sure to save the date and also start thinking about who you can bring as a potential new member or a friend who needs to renew their membership.

We also want to grow our chapter with potential new golfers.  Between now and our Tee Off, Mary Hafeman will be offering a Get Golf Ready Program for beginners.  If you have friends that are interested in learning to play, please have them follow the instructions below to sign up for this lesson series which begins on January 10th.  Mary Hafeman is a great instructor and will also be providing some special clinics this year for our EWGA Chapter to help us all improve our game.

Margaret Downey
EWGA Jacksonville Chapter President
